If you want to make sure your team feel heard and are ready to achieve your goals next year, my North Star workshop could be just what you need.

Step by step…

  • We’ll start with an initial 1-1 meeting to explore your challenges and goals for the year ahead

  • Half a day team workshop facilitated by me - face to face or online – leading your team to explore these challenges and goals in more detail, and collectively define your North Star

  • I’ll deliver a bespoke roadmap for the year ahead with recommendations for how to reach your North Star

  • I’ll do a mid-year check-in to see how you're doing (and help you refocus if needed).

Retreat to the countryside

If you fancy getting out of the office for the day, I can host your workshop in a farmhouse in the beautiful South Downs just 35 mins drive from Brighton. You’ll be treated to fresh air and amazing home cooked food, and your day will be punctuated with fun creative tasks and exercises to keep everyone engaged.

As well as being a super productive way to spend a day, this is a treat for the team.

(This venue is suitable for teams of up to 8 people. Larger teams will need to source alternative venue.)

Investment

My North Star workshop (plus a unique roadmap and mid-year check-in) is available to six organisations between Nov and Jan, from £1,800 (this cost is based on teams of up to 8 at your offices – additional people or an out-of-office experience will be additional).

I’ll be operating a waiting list once all six spaces are filled.

  • While it’s designed to be fun and inspiring, the workshop will guide your team to explore some big questions about your business and where you see yourself in 12 months’ time. We’ll also co-create something tangible and memorable to represent your North Star, which will act as a reminder for your team in the year ahead.

  • After the workshop, I’ll create an engaging report the contains all of the insights from the workshop and recommendations for how to reach your North Star.

  • We’ll schedule a 1 hour meeting or call in 6 months’ time to check in on your progress towards your North Star.
